HARALSON COUNTY, Ga. – On Thursday, May 16, 2024, during a warrant roundup, an attempt to serve a warrant at 156 Reid Circle was made and the male was not home.
When all units started to leave, the wanted person, Joshua Duncan, pulled into his driveway.
Duncan jumped out of his jeep and took off into his house ignoring commands by officers.
Duncan grabbed a knife and ran up into the attic. Deputies and officers could hear Duncan running in the attic.
After several minutes of giving Duncan verbal commands, he came down out of the attic and was taken into custody on his Probation Violation warrant.

Joshua Michael Duncan, a 47-year-old W/M out of Bremen, GA is now facing VGCSA Possession of Methamphetamine, Obstruction, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony and Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon charges.
