HARALSON COUNTY, Ga. – On Friday, January 19, 2024, members of the Northwest Georgia Drug Task Force and the Haralson County Crime Suppression Unit arrested Nichole Ginny Pankhurst.
The arrest comes from a lengthy investigation by the Northwest Georgia Drug Task Force into the illegal sale of Suboxone (buprenorphine and naloxone) strips.
Suboxone is a prescription opioid synthetic medication used to treat opioid addiction. Misuse of Suboxone can lead to an overdose and can cause death.
Nichole Ginny Pankhurst, a 46-year-old W/F out of Ranburne, AL is currently charged with VGCSA Sale of a Schedule III Drug and Use of a Telecommunication Device to Commit a Felony. No additional information can be released at this time.
